Who we are

Holy Impact Media is a church media company in Houston, Texas, run by Marvin Antoine.

This site

The site exists to tell you what we do and to let you request free sermon clips. Its design, words, and images belong to Holy Impact Media. You are welcome to share links to it; please do not copy it wholesale or pass it off as something else.

The free clip offer

The free clip set is free. You send a link to a recent sermon recording, and we send back three finished clips within two business days of receiving a link we can work with. There is no charge, no obligation, and we never ask for payment details.

If a recording is not usable, we will say so and tell you what would fix it rather than send back something you cannot use.

Your recording and your clips

The recording stays your church's. By sending a link you confirm your church has the right to share that recording with us, and we use it only to produce your clips. The finished clips belong to your church, to keep and use as you see fit.

Paid services

Enrollment engagements run ninety days to start, then month to month with thirty days notice. All other paid work is month to month with thirty days notice from day one. The specifics of any paid engagement, including schedule and price, are set out in writing before work begins.

What we do not promise

We do not promise guests, attendance, or growth. We do not control what happens after someone sees a clip, and we will not pretend to.

Liability

This site and the free clip offer are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability in connection with the site or the free offer is limited to the amount you paid for them, which is nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new date at the top.
