This Privacy Policy explains what information Holy Impact Media collects, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have — including disclosures required for telephone and text message contact and for Florida residents.

Holy Impact Media (“Holy Impact Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at www.holyimpactmedia.com (the “Site”) and provides lead generation, marketing systems, funnel, and advertising services for Christian businesses and entrepreneurs (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site, our forms, our phone and text communications, and our marketing.
By using the Site or submitting information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit information to us.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you complete our strategy call request form or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to give us, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, business name, website, annual revenue range, monthly advertising spend range, and any details you provide about your business.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 4).
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google), analytics providers, and other partners that help us operate and promote our Services.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule and conduct strategy calls;
- Provide, operate, and improve our Services;
- Contact you by phone, text message, and email about your request and our Services, in accordance with the consent you provide (see Sections 5 and 6);
- Send administrative messages, updates, and marketing communications;
- Measure and improve our advertising, including conversions and audience targeting on platforms such as Meta and Google;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and misuse; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share the personal information you submit through our forms with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers. With vendors who perform services for us — such as hosting, customer relationship management (CRM), email and SMS delivery, scheduling, and analytics — under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing those services.
- Advertising and analytics partners. With platforms such as Meta and Google to measure and optimize our own advertising, as described in Section 4.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Holy Impact Media, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
4. Cookies, Pixels & Advertising
We use cookies, web beacons, and pixels to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and measure and improve our advertising.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
We use the Meta Pixel and related Meta business tools. These tools help us understand the actions people take on our Site, measure the performance of our advertising, and reach relevant audiences on Meta platforms. Information shared with Meta is handled in accordance with Meta’s data policies. You can manage how your information is used for advertising in your Meta account settings and through the Meta Ad Preferences page.
We use Google Analytics and Google advertising tools to understand Site usage and measure advertising performance. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and manage ad personalization in your Google Ad Settings.
Your choices
You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are sent; some Site features may not function properly without them. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).
5. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms & Consent
If you provide your telephone number and consent to receive text messages, you agree to the following:
- Program description. Holy Impact Media may send you text messages relating to your inquiry, scheduling, customer care, and marketing for our Services.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your consent to receive marketing texts is not required to buy any goods or services from us.
- Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
- Message and data rates may apply,according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you opt out, we may send one message confirming your request. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details in Section 12.
In accordance with the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, if you reply STOP we will cease sending text message solicitations within 15 days, except for a message confirming your opt-out request.
6. Telephone Calls & Express Written Consent
When you submit our form and check the consent box, you provide your prior express written consent for Holy Impact Media, and those acting on its behalf, to contact you at the telephone number you provided — including through an automated telephone dialing system or automated system for the selection or dialing of telephone numbers, and using prerecorded or artificial voice messages and text messages — for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling us during a call, or contacting us using the details in Section 12. We honor the federal National Do Not Call Registry and maintain an internal Do Not Call list; to be added to our internal Do Not Call list, contact us using the details in Section 12.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We generally retain lead and contact information for up to two (2) years after your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required.
Where we obtain your consent to be contacted by phone or text, we retain records of that consent — including your name and number, the consent language presented, the consent you provided, and the date and purpose — for at least five (5) years, consistent with the recordkeeping requirements of the federal Telemarketing Sales Rule, or longer where required by applicable law.
8. Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you, obtain a copy of it, or opt out of marketing communications. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Florida residents
The Florida Digital Bill of Rights provides certain Florida consumers with rights regarding their personal data, including the rights to confirm whether their personal data is being processed and to access it; to correct inaccuracies; to delete personal data; to obtain a portable copy; and to opt out of the processing of personal data for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling. Holy Impact Media does not sell personal data and does not use personal data for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
To exercise any available right, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within the time required by applicable law (generally within 45 days). If we decline a request, you may appeal that decision by replying to our response, and we will inform you of our decision on the appeal.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site and Services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites and platforms that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
12. Changes & Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
