The short version: we collect what you choose to send us, we use it to serve you, and we never sell it.
Who we are
Holy Impact Media is a church media company in Houston, Texas. If anything in this policy raises a question, email holyimpactmedia@gmail.com and you will get a straight answer.
What we collect
When you request free clips, you send us your church's name, your name, your email, your phone number, a link to a sermon recording, and anything you add in the notes. That is the only information this site asks you for.
How we use it
We use what you send to produce and deliver your clips, to reply to you, and to follow up about your request. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for advertising.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox by Resend, the service that carries the notification. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs. Beyond that, what you send lives in our email and our own records, nowhere else.
Site statistics
We count page views with a cookie-free measurement tool. It records which page was seen, the site that linked here, the type of device, and the city it came from, all as aggregate numbers. It cannot identify you, and neither can we. We see counts, not people.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send for as long as we need it to handle your request and any working relationship that follows. If you want it deleted, email us and we will delete it.
Children
This site is written for pastors and church staff. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the top.
